Dimapur Urban Council Chairmen Federation (DUCCF) has informed all members that a general meeting has been convened to discuss on the matter regarding Smart Pre/Paid Metering, on August 23, 3 pm, at Hotel Saramati.
All members have been requested to attend the meeting and also include minimum three members from each colony.
