Durga Puja was celebrated with religious pomp and gaiety at the Shree Laxminarayan Mandir (SLM), Zunheboto.
Hundreds of devotees from different localities of Zunheboto town thronged the mandir to offer pujas and prayers.
According to chairman durga puja committee, Danandjai Choudhary, the celebration began on September 29 and culminated on October 8. He said this year’s celebration saw more enthusiasm among the devotees and was celebrated with hope of goodwill and prosperity among the Hindu community in Zunheboto.
