Office of the District Welfare Officer, Phek has informed the beneficiaries under National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) Old Age, Widow & Disability to submit Xerox copy of bank account pass book (front page), Aadhaar and contact details only for those who has received cash payment during last payment 2023-24.
The beneficiaries were also requested to submit the said document from May 1-9, 2025 during office hour. Failing to comply with the circular, the department will not be held responsible for any action thereof.
