Deputy chief minister, Y. Patton, who is also the leader of BJP Legislature party in the state held separate meetings with the newly elected team of BJP mahila Nagaland and party workers from Yikhum village in Kohima on December 2.
Media cell of Dy. CMO informed that at the meetings, issues pertaining to the party and strengthening of the party were discussed. Patton lauded the enthusiastic of talented women leaders coming together to strengthen party foundation in the state.
He expressed confidence that under their leadership, the party will forge stronger bond with women voters in the state. He also congratulated the new BJP mahila team led by president, Shanbeni Yanthan. Patton further appreciated the commitment of the party karyakartas for their commitment to the party and strengthening the organization at the grassroots level.
