Deputy chief minister, Y. Patton has extended Tokhu Emong greetings to the Lotha community.
In his message, Patton said Tokhu Emong is a festival of thanksgiving and merry making after a bountiful harvest. It is also a time to forgive and reconcile while forging for peace and unity.
Patton, on behalf of the state BJP legislators, conveyed warm greetings and hoped that the festival is celebrated in the true spirit of love and forgiveness.
