Eastern Christian College (ECC) Nagaland observed a cultural fiesta ‘United Colours’ organised by department of history, education and economics on March 25. In a press release, ECC media cell informed the event was a celebration of the vibrant and diverse cultures of India besides honouring unity in diversity and fostering respect and open mindedness towards the diverse cultures of India. At the programme, ECC principal, Dr. Keneisenuo Solo, spoke on the significance of observing such events and encouraged students to imbibe qualities of hard work, honesty and confidence.
Students participated in various competitions including folk dance, folk songs, folklore narration, indigenous cuisine and cultural fusion display.
