DIMAPUR: Councillors of East Dimapur Town Council (EDTC) participated in a three day training programme on Local Self Government for Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) held in Kolkata, organised by the All India Institute of Local Self Government (AIILSG).
The programme was sponsored by advisor, Industries & Commerce, Hekani Jakhalu, for which the councillors expressed gratitude, acknowledging her visionary leadership and support in facilitating the initiative.
The training equipped the councillors with enhanced knowledge and skills in areas of revenue generation, sanitation and waste segregation, aimed at strengthening local governance and service delivery.
