EDTC to observe Swachhata Hi Seva

East Dimapur Town Council (EDTC) will be organizing social work on the occasion of Swachhata Hi Seva 2025, under the theme “Ek Din, Ek Ghanda, Ek Saath”, on September 25, from 6 am to 8 am.
In a press release, EDTC has thereby requested all GBs, chairmen, council members, residents and commercial establishments to extend full cooperation and actively participate in the collective effort.
The initiative was aimed at encouraging community responsibility and people’s participation towards a cleaner, greener, and healthier East Dimapur, and to make a significant impact in improving environment and promoting civic pride. The office has also appealed all commercial establishments to keep their business closed during the social work hours, and also invited every citizens to join hands and make the campaign a grand success.
