An inter-school elocution competition under “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” (BBBP) program on the theme “Rights, Hope and Aspirations” was held on November 6 at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Tuensang.
A press release from the principal of Government Higher Secondary School Tuensang stated that the special guest of the program was Extra Assistant Commissioner Tuensang, Vikhoto Richa. Altogether four schools participated in the BBBP competition.
The first prize in the elocution completion was bagged by Tsalila of GHSS Thangjam, second prize by Kitola of GHSS Thangjam and third prize was bagged by Thangpong of GHSS Tuensang.
The opening remark was delivered by principal GHSS Tuensang, S. Imkongsenla Sangtam.
The judges of the competition were principal, Loyam College Tuensang, Rupali and IEC consultant, DWSM PHED Tuensang, Ashale.
