Eden Medical Centre (EMC) observed “world cancer day” at EMC conference hall on February 4. A press release by EMC stated that radiation oncologist, Dr. Aoakhum Kichu enlightened the gathering on different oncology services available in the hospital while Dr. Moatoshi Aier acknowledged friends and well-wishers of EMC such as Rev Moa Longchari cancer foundation, beyond cancer, proprietor of Raindrop Academy, Narola and Inner Wheel Club for supporting the cause.
Earlier, chaplain EMC, Glory Merry offered special prayer for all cancer patients, caregivers, survivors and health care team working with cancer patients.
Free OPD consultation was also provided to all oncology patients and gifts were presented to in-patients and outpatients.
