ENNWU NSCN/GPRN appeals for peace

Eastern Naga National Workers’ Union (ENNWU), NSCN/GPRN, has held a meeting on January 15, under the convenorship of TT Among, executive member of Steering Committee, to share the opinions and suggestions of various regions regarding the current conflict between Chang and Yimchunger.
At the meeting, all national workers were reminded to remain neutral on the issue keeping in mind the principle of NSCN that ‘Nagas are all one family.’ It stated that ENNWU would not to be held responsible for any consequences against any defaulters.
The house also discussed to maintain peaceful co-existence and to continue to cooperate in bringing peace atmosphere in the district. It further appealed all the responsible tribal organizations to settle the differences amicably in cooperation with the concerned district administration.
