ENSF tenure extended by unanimous decision

Presidents of the 6 Federating units of ENSF (Konyak Students’ Union (KSU),   Yimchungru Akheru Arih-ako (YAA), Confederation of Chang Students’ Union (CCSU), Khiamniungan Students’ Union (KSU), Phom Students’ Conference (PSC) and United Sangtam Students Conference (USSC) had unanimously resolved to extend the present ENSF tenure for another 3 (Three) months from August 15, so as to complete the unfinished task & responsibilities. 
In a joint press release by, USSC president Thrikese Sangtam, CCSU vice president Kelip Chang, PSC president Hongkam Ngonyen, YAA president Solumba, KSU president Hatho Khiam and KSU president Loungai Wangnao stated that extension was neccessited due to unfinished tasks and responsibilities. 
It stated that ENSF had yet to resolve EEI pending issues, pursue and constitute the Nagaland Backward Tribe Commission (NBTC), to solve the present anomalies and irregularities in the reservation and roster system, to oversee and supervise the ENCSU representation to the state government. 
It also stated that final verdict of the six federating units of ENSF i.e KSU, YAA, CCSU, KSU, PSC and USSC, which was made to safeguard the integrity of the federation, should be strictly adhered by all individuals, organisation and even the state government. 
Present ENSF office bearers have been requested to resume their office.
