Eastern Nagaland Students’ Union Bengaluru (ENSUB) successfully organized its 21st Freshers’ Meet on October 9, at India Campus Crusade for Christ, Hennur Main Road, Bengaluru, under the theme, “A Shared Journey of Identity, Belonging, and New Beginnings”.
A press release by ENSUB informed that the event was graced by High Court of Karnataka Advocate and Bengaluru Courts, and founder & president, Youth for Parivarthan, Amith Amarhat, as the chief guest, who dwelled on the importance of preserving culture and traditions, even though staying far away from home. He also called upon all to take active steps to improve their community.
The vice president, Department of Administration at Sakra World Hospital, Yutaka Oyama, joined as the guest of honour.
The invocation was offered by pastor Zeme Church Bengaluru, Haigwateing Meru, welcome address and introduction of ENSUB officials by president ENSUB, David Chang, while a special blessing for Freshers was pronounced by pastor Litem from India Biblical Church, Bengaluru.
