Taking note of “several cases and issues” concerning its people over the last decade, the Eastern Nagaland Students’ Union Bengaluru (ENSUB) has informed all concerned from Tuensang, Mon, Longleng, Kiphire, Noklak and Shamator districts, who travel to Bengaluru, Karnataka for educational or work purposes to contact the office.
In a press release, ENSUB assistant general secretary, Thsachoba TS stated that the information was not to indicate that Bangalore was unsafe, however, over the last decade, the union said the office “has witnessed several cases and issues concerning our people”.
Further, Eastern Nagaland Students’ Union Bengaluru has informed parents/legal guardians of individual below 18 years travelling without parents to mandatorily contact ENSUB office.
