The newly elected executive members of the Eastern Nagaland Women Organisation (ENWO) took over charge of office on Saturday after the installation programme held at the Chapel Hall, Longleng Town Baptist Church on Saturday in the presence of senior leaders.
The new team for the tenure 2023-26 will be headed by Yingphe Konyak as president. According to a press note issued by ENWO media secretary Sarah Konyak, the new ENWO team was elected during the 5th general conference held at Longkhim, Tuensang on August 17 and 18.
The new team consists of 24 members including 14 Advisors.
Installation message and dedicatory prayer of the new Eastern Nagaland Women Organisation office bearers was delivered by N. Tialemba Phom, executive secretary Phom Baptist Church Association PBCA Nyenching Longleng.
Earlier, short speeches were delivered by the outgoing ENWO president and new ENWO president.
