The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Dimapur, held its monthly outreach program “Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0” on May 27, 2025, at Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Doyang, Wokha. The event was attended by 24 employees and two employers.
The program has been organized on the 27th of each month to bring EPFO services closer to stakeholders. Key topics covered included filing grievances, submitting complaints, updating KYC details, online claim filing, e-nominations, and using the Principal Employer Dashboard. The theme for May was “Member Services and New Initiatives.”

He highlighted the importance of e-nominations for quick claim settlements and explained processes like EPF passbook downloads, online transfer requests, claim withdrawals, and member registrations.
The program ended with an interactive session where grievances were resolved in real time. Shri Kallal Bhattacharjee, Enforcement/Accounts Officer, assisted stakeholders with various e-services.
