ERVCU resolves; warns defaulters

Englan Range Village Council Union (ERVCU) consisting of nine villages under 37 Tyui A/C, Wokha district at its emergency meeting held on February 18, 2023 at Old Riphyim village council hall discussed and resolved for peaceful conduct of state general election 2023 within Englan range.
In a press statement, ERVCU president, T. Chanbemo Odyuo and secretary, R. Subenthung Odyuo stated that after thorough deliberation among the members present in the meeting, the union resolved that no unidentified person from other range/area will be allowed to campaign or to enter any of the village under its jurisdiction from 5 pm to 5 am without proper permission from the concerned ERVCU. In this connection, the union warned that any person found violating the directive will be solely held responsible.
