ESSU demands completion of school project

Eastern Sumi Students’ Union (ESSU) has expressed disappointment on the non-completion of GPS Hoshepu under SDEO Aghunato and appealed to the responsible authority to take up the construction work without further delay.

ESSU president, Hokato V Yepthomi stated that the work order was approved and sanctioned in 2010-11 and the entire amount of Rs. 14,68,665.58 has been released but the construction work has not been undertaken till date. 

ESSU stated that it  raised the matter through local dailies in August this year but department has not taken any initiative. It therefore, appealed to the responsible authority to take prompt initiative and start the construction by intimating the union office without further delay.
