Departments and educational institutions organised farewell programmes for retiring officers and teaching faculty on May 31 in separate programmes.
DoH&TE: The department of Higher & Technical Education (DoH&TE) bid farewell to the retiring commissioner and secretary, Anenla T. Sato, at the conference hall, Directorate of Higher Education, Kohima.
DoP: Farewell program in honour of the outgoing Engineer-in-Chief (Power), Er. Moa Aier was held in the presence of minister, power and parliamentary affairs, K. G Kenye.
NU: A farewell programme was organised at Kohima Campus of Nagaland University in honour of Professor Rosemary Dzuvichu and Professor N.D.R. Chandra, both from the department of English, NU.
ZGC: Zunheboto Government College (ZGC) organised a farewell programme for its principal, Dr. K. Kalito and associate professor and head, department of economics, Dr. M. Pushparaj.
