Leshemi Farmers Club conducted one day “meet with expert” on July 27 at Leshemi village which was coordinated by Chude Agri and Allied Cooperative Society. The resource person for the programme, SMS (animal science), KVK, Porba Phek, Dr. Debojit, deliberated on management of pig rearing, importance of pig breeding and disease management on poultry rearing.
The programme was sponsored by NABARD and DDM NABARD, Phek, Imsunaro encouraged the members to utilize expert advice in carrying out agriculture and allied activities. She also asked the farmers to coordinate with banking facilities for the benefit of the farming community in the village.
