Farmers trained on horti crops

Central Institute of Horticulture (CIH), Nagaland organized a day-long farmers’ training on post-harvest management and market linkage of horticulture crops at Tsupfume village under Phek district on September 26. The training was organized with the objective to provide technical support in post-harvest management and marketing to FPC members.


Altogether, 84 farmers and FPC members participated in the training programme. The resource persons of the training were Prabin Das, Marketing Specialist, CIH and Dr. Moasosang Longkumer, Asst. Horticulture Specialist, CIH.
