Food Safety Administration, Kohima Zone organised Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) for Food Business Operators at O/o Chief Medical Officer’s Conference Hall, Wokha on April 16, 2025.
According to Designated Officer (Food Safety), Kezhangulie Yimchunger, the training was conducted in two batches. The training and the participants from both the batches were from Home Based Food Business Operators, who do baking, pickle, etc.
The training partner was from M/s Aroma Shiksha Evam Samithi, Korba, Chhattisgarh and the FSSAI Empanelled trainer was Dr.Anup Kumar Tiwari.
