Food Business Operators trained on FoSTaC

Food Safety Administration, Kohima Zone organised Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) for Food Business Operators (FBOs) at Para Medical Training Institute on April 14.


The training was conducted in two batches, the first batch was for restaurant, hotel and caterers and the second batch for manufacturers. The training partner was from M/s Aroma Shiksha Evam Samithi Korba, Chhattisgarh and the trainer was Dr.Anup Kumar Tiwari.


Meanwhile, designated officer (Food Safety), Food Safety Administration, Kezhangulie Yimchunger informed that another training will be held on April 17, 2025. Food Business Operators, interested for the training have been asked to approach O/o Chief Medical Officer, Food Safety Section, Kohima.
