Felicitation for medal winner at 26th All India Forest Sports Meet in Mokokchung

A felicitation programme for the bronze medal winner at the 26th All India Forest Sports Meet was held at Divisional Forest Office Mokokchung on March 17.
UDA of Mokokchung Forest Division, Bendanginla, who represented the Forest Department Nagaland has won a bronze medal under women’s singles badminton (women veteran).
After a gap of 25 years, the Nagaland Forest Department had participated at the 26th All India Forest Sports Meet being held in Panchkula, Haryana from March 10 to 14, wherein 2400 Forest personnels from 26 states, 4 union territories and 7 Institutes participated in the meet.
At the programme, bronze medallist, Bendanginla, has shared her experiences at the Forest meet.
Speaking at the programme, DFO Mokokchung, Dr. Sentitula, said that it was an immense pride for the department and especially thanked the PCCF & HoFF, Dharmendra Prakash, for his initiative and gave the opportunity to the officers and the staffs to be a part of the auspicious meet. She encouraged the officers and staffs to continue with the same spirit and work hard to bring more medals and good name to the Nagaland Forest Department and to the Mokokchung Forest Division in particular.
Delivering a speech, assistant conservator of Forest, Moamongba, encouraged all the ranks and files of the Forest department to work with sincerity and discipline and urged them to work with dedication for more laurels in the coming sports meet.
The programme was chaired by head assistant, Mokochung Forest Division, Moa and invocation was pronounced by UDA, Chubanaro.
