Regimental School DEF Wokha held a felicitation programme for the HSLC successful candidates on May 27.
According to DIPR report, additional SP & chairman School Managing Board, Regimental School Imtimeren graced as special guest. Addressing at the programme, he congratulated the successful candidates and wished them the best for their future endeavour. He also encouraged the students to work hard to achieve their goals in life.
During the function cash incentives and certificates were given to the students’ on behalf of SP and all ranks and file of DEF, Wokha by the chairman.
Altogether 7 students’ qualified out of 9 appeared with an overall pass percentage of 78%.
RVSU: Rengmapani Village Students’ Union (RVSU) felicitation programme for successful HSLC and HSSLC candidates was held at Rengmapani village council hall on May 25.
A press release from vice president, RVSU, Michael Kath, stated that guest speaker, Yhunilo Thong, exhorted the successful students, wherein he expounded that success was not permanent and that one should know how to use it the right way. He also spoke on how social media and internet hampered studies and encouraged the students to make the right use of it.
The programme was chaired by VP RVSU, Michael Kath, and invocation proposed by VP RVSU, Kepega Tep.
NZU: Nzau Students Union (NZU) felicitation programme for successful students of HSLC and HSSLC examinations was held on May 25 at Jalukie town.
A press release from NSU president, Sanlak Namdau, stated that the programme was graced by Lily Khing Domta, who exhorted the students to be self reliant, disciplined and that one could achieve success only with determination.
Many leaders and elders also urged and motivated the students not to give up, set a goal in their mind and work hard every day.
