DIMAPUR: Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN), in a clarification issued by kedaghe Senlo Khing, has stated that Tokuho Swu has been terminated from his position and therefore holds no authority to issue directives. The statement pointed out that Swu’s recent notice directing Kitoho H. Zhimomi to surrender government documents, records, files, correspondence and the official seal/stamp was invalid as per rules and regulations.
FGN further cautioned that any individual collecting taxes or engaging in dealings under the authority of Tokuho Swu’s government would be deemed unauthorized and void.
It warned that such actions would be carried out at the individual’s own risk and accountability.
