Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) Khiamniungan region has expressed deep shock and grief over the untimely demise of secretary law and justice affairs, P. Thengen Khiamniungan. A condolence note by deputy secretary, L. Shulem and medan peyu, K. Langkhang stated that late P. Thengen joined the nation service on February 1, 2000.
