FGN Kyong region has informed that Tsenthungo Ezung, ‘2nd leut’ Naga army FGN of Mekokla village was not authorised to collect/negotiate any kinds of tax/donation towards FGN nor has been assigned as ‘region commander’.
In a press release, FGN Midam Peyu, Mhathung Ovung has cautioned all heads of departments, business establishments, contractors union and NGO’s and public under Wokha that the letter head and application produced by Tsenthungo are “duplicate” and not assigned by midam peyu. FGN said that it would not be accountable and responsible for those payments made or done with Tsenthungo. It further cautioned that the “defaulter” would be doing at their own risk for which FGN Kyong region would not be responsible.
