Various districts and sub-division released the final publication of electoral roll on January 10 at their respective district administrative offices with the presence of representatives from different political parties.
Kohima
ADC and Electoral Registration Officer, Kohima, Rhosietho Ngouri, held meeting with the representatives of different political parties at DC’s conference hall and handed over the final publication of e-roll to all the different political parties. He informed that in the final publication roll there were total electors of 121880 in Kohima out of which 58515 were male electors and 63365 of female electors.
He acknowledged all the representatives of the different political parties for their help, support and cooperation to complete the revision work on time. He also mentioned that there were some addition and deletion in the electoral roll as well and emphasized on clean election, mentioning that “clean election starts with clean e-roll”.
He also informed that the list of amendments to the draft electoral roll for 8-Western Angami, 9-Kohima Town, 10-Northern Angami-I, 11-Northern Angami-II,14-Southern Angami-I and 15-Southern Angami-II Assembly Constituencies has been prepared with reference to 01/01/2024 as the qualifying date and in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960 and a copy of the said roll together with the said list of amendments has been published and will be available for inspection at his office.
Dimapur

DC Dr. Tinojongshi Chang along with ADC and Electoral Registration Officer, Dimapur, Mhalo Humtsoe, and Assistant Election Officer, Dimapur, Toshimongba, released the final publication of the photo electoral roll at Deputy Commissioner’s office chamber, Dimapur.
Dr. Tinojongshi thanked the political parties for attending the publication of the final publication of the photo electoral roll.
Mhalo Humtsoe, informed that there were 120749 electors in Dimapur constituency.
Mhalo also informed that inclusion and deletions was a continuous process and it will be continuously updated, therefore, requested the political parties to appoint the BLOs so that the parties can give corrections if the office has missed any eligible electoral.
All the recognized political parties attended the final publication and were handed the copies of final E/Roll.
Tuensang
The final draft Publication of Electoral Roll of special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Roll was conducted at DC Conference Hall Tuensang.
Nilo Katiry AEO Tuensang expressed gratitude and cooperation displayed by the political parties from 51 Noksen, 52 Longkhim – Chare, 53 Tuensang Sadar 1 and 54 Tuensang Sadar II Assembly Constituency and presented the copy of electoral roll to all the political parties from Tuensang.
Tseminyu

Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Tseminyu, Rohit Singh distributed the final publication of Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Roll w.e.f 01/02/2024 on at DC’s conference hall Tseminyu. The copies of the final publication of Photo Electoral Roll with both hard copy and soft copy was hand over to the recognised political parties at the program.
Mokokchung
The final electoral roll for Mokokchung was released at the office chamber of Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji in the presence of ADC & ERO, other officials and representatives from political parties.
Pughoboto
The final electoral roll for Pughoboto was released at the office chamber of Additional Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Pughoboto, attended by District Election Officer, ERO, AERO, State recognised political parties of Pughoboto Unit and BLOs.
