Fishery deptt notifies

Consequent upon the Gauhati High Court, Kohima bench order dated 15.07.2011, the Fisheries department has notified the general public that anyone contemplating to purchase land within the demarcated area of Fisheries department at Lerie colony, Kohima from any party/(ies) are advised to be cautious as they will be doing so at their own risk. 
In a press note, Fisheries director, Kevisa Kense pointed out that the demarcated area protected by fences was purely a government land and as such no private interference will be allowed. This has the standing order of the court, Kense added.
