Care and Support Society Mokokchung supported under FIF managed by NABARD in collaboration with Nagaland State Cooperative Bank Ltd, sponsored by NABARD organized a day long financial literacy camp (FLC) on March 26.
During the programme, DDM, NABARD, S. Amarjit Mangang informed the villagers about the objectives and significance of financial inclusion.
He highlighted the role played by NABARD in financial inclusion programme.
He also shared in detail the farmers club, SHG & JLG programme and role of NABARD in creating infrastructure in the district.
Assistant branch manager, FLC in-charge, NStCB, Mokokchung, Temsulepden Imchen shared the importance of banking, savings, financial planning.
He further highlighted various financial services offered by the banks for the general public. Altogether 75 participants attended the programme.
