Former NDPP MLA, Zale Neikha, who has been denied NDPP ticket joined Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) at a brief programme held at Hotel Vivor on February 2.
The NCP has issued a party ticket to Er Neikha, who will be contesting from Southern Angami- II constituency. Er Zale also kicked off his campaign on February 3, at R Khel Viswema.
