The foundation stone for Community Hall of New Reserve colony (Diary Farm), New Reserve, Phesa Basa under Ward 16 Kohima was laid on Friday by chairman, Phesama, Beizo M Kuotsu Village Council on Friday after a dedicatory prayer by Police Union Baptist Church, Rev. Vesotsü Rhakho. Speaking as the special guest, Koutsu lauded the colony leaders for working in unity and having the vision to develop and work for the betterment of the colony. Delivering short speech by Vikehiekho Kintso, chairman, New Reserve Panchayat highlighted the problems faced by the colony in the absence of a community hall. Other short speeches were also delivered by Vilepi Kuotsu, chairman, Viyiema Khel, Phesama Village and Ketholese Thanyü, president, Landowners Union, New Reserve Phesama.
