Indian Dental Association Nagaland State Branch (IDANSB), Zunheboto unit organised a free denture camp as part of Community Dental Health (CDH) programme on February 12 at District Hospital, Zunheboto.
In a press statement district media officer, CMO office Zunheboto, Shekho Sophie stated that at the camp, medical superintendent, District Hospital, Zunheboto, Dr.Lanuchuba highlighted about the importance of dental, oral health and hygiene.
Dental surgeon, District Hospital, Zunheboto, Dr. Esther Ngullie highlighted about the camp and said that the objective of the denture camp was to provide denture (artificial teeth) for free to less privileged people in villages and rural areas, who do not have easy access to dental facilities.
Earlier, the camp began with an invocation by Shotomi Baptist Church pastor, Kiyelu. The camp was led by Dr. Esther Ngullie, Dr.TohitoKinimi, Dr. Loni I Chishi and Dr.AkaholiZhimo.
