A one month Free Detox Camp kick started at De-Addiction & Rehab Centre, APMC, Campus on May 1 at Mon.
According to DIPR, Deputy Commissioner, Mon, Thavaseelan K, speaking on the occasion as chief guest, encouraged campers to take charge of their lives by playing an important role in society and to benefit from it. He also wished the campers fast recovery.
Altogether, 28 clients from 14 villages and 12 clients residing at the centre attended the camp. Lumei, KNSK president and Longyim Tsudir DPO, DAPCU-Mon delivered short speeches. N.Neangba Konyak, Director, De-Addiction & Rehab Centre, Mon said the welcome address.
