To commemorate Wildlife Week 2025, Nagaland Zoological Park, Rangapahar, will offer free entry to students from October 2 to 8, 2025, upon production of valid School/College ID cards. Informing this, Director of Nagaland Zoological Park, Dr. C. Zupeni Tsanglai, stated that the initiative aims to encourage youth engagement with nature and wildlife conservation. However, the zoo will remain closed on October 6 (Monday). Visitors have been encouraged to explore the zoo’s natural beauty and reflect on ways to protect and restore the environment.
