FSSAI awareness drive held at Bhandari

The District Industries Centre Wokha organised a Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) awareness programme at Sub-District Industries Centre, Bhandari, Wokha on March 24.
According to DIPR report, the awareness programme was organized as a part of the RAMP scheme implemented by the Department of Industries & Commerce in collaboration with Nagaland Industrial Corporation Limited.
The programme is aimed to create awareness about FSSAI/Regulations and facilitate Registration process enabling Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises. to build trust comply with legal norms, access to new markets, and grow to their businesses sustainably.
A total of 40 participants from Self Help Groups in different villages under Bhandari Sub-division were registered during the drive.
