Gen Chauhan takes over as GOC-in-C Eastern command

Lt. Gen Anil Chauhan Sunday took charge as the GOC-in-C of Eastern Army Command. Prior to his new assignment, Lt. Gen. Anil Chauhan was the Director General of Military Operations at Army Headquarter, New Delhi. He was also the GOC 3 Crops, Nagaland, PRO (Def) Col C Konwer stated.
