CHILDINE Dimapur has informed that a girl identified as Saloni (16) daughter of Sumar and Doya belonging to Bengali community was found loitering around Naga cemetery area, by the police patrolling team.
According to CHILDLINE Dimapur, centre coordinator Lozua Kape, the child was then handed over to women cell, who later referred the child to CHILDINE Dimapur.
CHILDLINE Dimapur stated that the child was purportedly working as a domestic helper in a Naga home. Since child could not give any valuable information, it has asked anyone knowing about her or her parents to contact CHILDLINE toll free number 1098, 03862-248744 or 03862-280884.
