The three day Frontline Pastors and NextGen Conference which was hosted by Global Advance Nagaland, culminated on October 27, at Eastern Bible College (EBC) with an attendance of more than 300 delegates inclusive of pastors and youth leaders.
Global Advance media & publicity Nagaland team stated that the conference for the pastors was held under the following topics: Inclusive Leadership, Intentional Leadership, Relational Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Spiritual Leadership, Grace-filled Leadership and Empowering Leadership. The topics discussed at length during the conference for NextGen were: Identity, Influence and Impact.
The release added that Global Advance Nagaland looks forward to organizing many more such programs not only in Dimapur but also in every district throughout Nagaland.
