Gov, CM. Dy CM extend festival greetings

Nagaland governor La Ganesan, chief minister Dr. Neiphiu Rio and deputy CM Y. Patton have extended greetings to the members of Konyak and Phom communities on the occasion of Aoleang festival and Monyu festival respectively.


In a message, Ganesan prayed that the celebration of Aoleang festival bring happiness, unity, and abundant blessings to Konyak community. He also hoped that the spirit of Aoleang festival strengthen bonds and inspire a future filled with harmony and success.

In a separate message, the governor prayed that Monyu festival bring happiness, prosperity and good health. “As we celebrate the spirit of renewal and gratitude, let us embrace harmony, strengthen our bonds, and honor our rich traditions,” Ganesan said and wished a blessed and prosperous Monyu Festival.


CM: In his message to the Konyak community, Rio expressed hope that the festival would strengthen unity and bring prosperity to all. “Wishing everyone a season of abundance, good fortune, and success in all their endeavors,” he stated.
Extending his wishes to the Phom community, Rio hoped that the spring festival would bring abundant blessings and a fruitful harvest.


“As you celebrate with your loved ones, may God bless you with good health and strengthen family bonds,” he said. Greeting the Chang community on the occasion of Kundaglün, Rio acknowledged the festival’s significance in preparing for a new sowing season. “May this special occasion bring a bountiful harvest, renewed strength, and prosperity. I pray that the year ahead is filled with good health and abundant blessings,” he added.


Patton: Deputy CM Y Patton has extended warm greetings to the Konyak and Phom communities on the occasion of Aoleang and Monyu festivals. Patton highlighted the significance of these festivals, marking the beginning of a new season with hopes for a bountiful harvest. “May this festival bring unity and brotherhood among brethren,” he stated.
