Nagaland Governor P.B. Acharya has extended the period of the High Powered Committee to inquire into “illegal and multiple taxations” in the State till May 31, 2015. In a notification issued by chief secretary Pankaj Kumar, IAS stated that “there should be no further extension of period beyond May 31.” HPC has been asked to submit its report before expiry of the extended period
