Nagaland Governor RN Ravi has extended Phom Day greetings to the people of Nagaland and the Phom community. In his message, Ravi said that “this important landmark in Phom history reminds us of the commitment of the people to shun violence.” He said that peace, forgiveness and unity were the essence of Phom Day. Governor said that the youth should most importantly continue to honour the commitment of non-violence made by pioneering leaders. He also wished good health, happiness and prosperity to all on this auspicious occasion.
