Government on Wednesday has provided ex-gratia to the kith and kin of the deceased and the injured victims of July 11 bridge collapse over Chathe River, Dimapur.
According to DIPR report, ADC Dimapur, Sara Jamir handed over the cheques to the family members of the deceased and injured victims at the Deputy Commissioner’s office Dimapur in the presence of EAC Chumukedima, Avizo and village chairmen of Nihoto, Naga United Village and Khehukhu villages.
Following is the list of ex-gratia: kith and kin of deceased–Jaheda Ali, Rohit Ali, Sahil Ali and Basket Ali all from Nihoto village Dimapur were given Rs. 4 lakh each while Amir Ali, Sanwar Ali, Krishna and Bendang all from Nihoto Village, Dimapur, all reported to be in critical condition, were given Rs. 54, 100 each.
