Nagaland Governor, RN Ravi felicitated the awardees of the Governor’s Gold Medal, Governor’s Commendation Certificate, Governor’s Award in the field of Arts, Music & Literature and President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service at Raj Bhavan on August 22.
According to PRO to Governor, the awardees shared their experiences in various fields which they excelled.

Agriculture department felicitates
Meanwhile, department of Agriculture organised a felicitation programme in honour of the Governor’s Awardees 2019 of the department on August 22 at the directorate’s conference hall, Kohima.
A press release from director of Agriculture, M Ben Yanthan stated that the awardees were N. Jacob Yanthan joint director, Bendanglila joint director and Bongkham Phom agriculture officer. On the occasion, the director, addl. director and other senior officers congratulated the awardees. In their short speeches, the awardees expressed gratitude to the department and state government for the prestigious state level award. They also expressed their commitment to work harder for the benefit of the department as well as the farming community. Earlier, the programme was chaired by M. Ben Yanthan.
