Nagaland Governor, P.B. Acharya has congratulated Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for his strong and right decision to fight terrorism and the Indian Army for carrying out the surgical strikes on September 28 on terrorist launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC). He noted that the operation carried out by the army was “to safeguard our Nation and neutralise Pakistan sponsored terrorists planning to infiltrate into Indian territory.” Acharya asserted that “India under the dynamic leadership of Modiji is safe”.
He also saluted the brave soldiers for their valour and said that the people were “really proud of our Army and the whole nation supports them”. Stating that “our brave jawans had given a befitting reply” to those attacking innocent civilians and jawans, Acharya said the surgical attack reaffirmed Army’s valour and commitment to nation’s security.
He said it was a proof of Indian Army’s valour and patriotism and a clear message sent to the terrorists by destroying their launch pads across the LoC.
