State government has appointed Tovihoto Ayemi, MLA, as chairman of Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation Ltd., Dimapur with immediate effect vice Amenba Yaden, parliamentary secretary (industries & commerce) relieved as NIDC chairman. In a notification, commissioner and secretary, M.K. Mero stated that the appointment superseded all the previous notifications issued in this regard.
