State government has directed Administrative Heads of Departments (AHoDs) to instruct their employees to attend office regularly. Addl. chief secretary (Home), Temjen Toy, who held a meeting with the AHoDs at chief secretary’s conference hall on Monday, lamented that officers and staffs taking undue advantage of the current political crisis were neglecting their office duties and being irregular in office. According to an official bulletin, Toy maintained that the bureaucracy would continue to function under any circumstances and asked AHoDs to instruct their employees to work sincerely and attend office regularly.
