Govt reiterates ban on pig import

In view of the outbreak of “African Swine Fever” in the neighbouring states, the state government has reiterated that there would be ban on import of pigs from other States into Nagaland. 

In an order, principal secretary, Abhijit Sinha, has directed all deputy commissioners/CP Dimapur/superintendents of police/chief veterinary officers to ensure strict compliance of the order.
