GPRN/NSCN Angami region appeals

GPRN/NSCN Angami region has congratulated all civil society organizations and the political parties in Nagaland for taking another historic stand after the 1951 Plebiscite by declaring “Solution not Elections”, however, it greatly regretted the ECI’s decision for imposing elections in its land against its will.
A press release issued by NSCN/GPRN Angami region CAO kilonser, Zeneituo Angami stated that, in-spite of this suppression of our collective voice by India, it called upon the people to stand together and face the situation with determination and faith in one another.
It fervently urged the contesting candidates from the Angami areas not to buy the electorates to vote against their will.
It further urged the candidates not to encourage their polling agents for proxy voting and sharing of un-casted votes in order to enhance the voting percentage in their respective polling stations.
